    Excelsior Sauvignon Blanc 2017
    The nose is complex with passion fruit, grapefruit and ripe fig aromas. The palate is fruity with a zesty acidity with a Yellow-green colour.
    Excelsior Chardonnay 2017
    The nose shows hints of peach, lemons and orange blossom backed up by a touch of oak. The palate is fresh and creamy with great length from the acidity.
    Excelsior Merlot 2016
    The nose shows lovely ripe cherry characters, backed up by smoky coffee and spice notes. The palate is soft yet has a good structure for medium-term ageing.
    Excelsior Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
    The nose displays ripe blackcurrant, and dried herb characters, which are backed up with some spicy oak notes. The palate is smooth and soft, with beautiful ripe tannins and a long finish.

    Conradie Family Vineyards 2016
    The nose display hints of fig leaf, gooseberry, asparagus and tropical lime. Light bodied with crisp and tangy fruit. The palate is in complete harmony with a zesty acidity and fresh finish.
    Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection 2018
    Initial aromas of lime and citrus zest are beautifully intertwined with a virtual ‘fruit salad’ of tropical fruits. These flavours follow on the palate, and combined with the rich texture and elegant minerality, ensures a very long finish.

    Red Wines

    Beyerskloof 2018
    Primary fruit aromas leading to an abundance of plum and black cherries against mocha, cedar and sweet spicy notes. Strong plum flavours with velvet tannins that are well structured, yet elegant and soft. Medium bodied with a fresh and superbly balanced finish.
    Saronsberg Provence 2017
    The soft textured tannins, a full-bodied mouthfeel and silken finish lend itself as a platform to a heady mix of red berry and black fruit flavours combined with floral notes and fynbos nuances.
    Blush and Sweet
    Conradie Sweet Rosaline Perle Rose NV
    Sweet bubbly sensation with lovely strawberry hints and floral aromas.
    Neethlingshof Gewurztraminer 2017
    Turkish delight rose petals and hints of Jasmin and honeysuckle. Off-dry with a spicy character, traces of Turkish delight, an abundance of litchi and zesty finish.
    Boschendal Le Bouquet 2018
    Tropical pineapple fruit and peach with spicy undertones, and a lingering floral aroma of honeysuckle and frangipani.  This medium-sweet wine has a delicate freshness and a juicy fruit core, embracing characters of peach and apricot with hints of cinnamon and honey. The tantalising vibrancy and smooth, with a tangerine finish.
    Pierre Jourdan Tranquille NV
    As the Pinot Noir is the predominant cultivar here, it`s no surprise that has such a lovely salmon colour. The palates a mouth full of tiny berries with amazing flavours which challenges any dish, however, it surprises one as it has such an elegant nose.
