      Pongracz Rosé
      This enchantingly dry Cap Classique Rosé delights the mind and invokes an air of romance with its delicate salmon pink hue. It is a timeless and elegant Cap Classique composed in the classic French style of noble varietals, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It has a wonderful foamy mouthful of blackberry fruit flavours and delicate yeasty tones that lingers long on the palate.

      De Wetshof Limestone Hill 2018
      An un-wooden wine, and offers impeccably pure, refreshing apple, peach and lemon fruit, a lovely litchi richness of texture, and a nutty, chalky, fruit-filled finish of imposing length. 
      CHENIN BLANC
      Perdeberg Dry Land Barrel Fermented 2017
      Made in a rich and ripe wooded style, fermented and matured in a small French oak barrel. Together with the age-old traditions of Dry Land viticulture, it resulted in a very aromatic and richly textured wine, with characteristics typical to Chenin Blanc grown under these conditions. 
      White Blends
      Penhill Two Palms Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2015 
      A crisp and refreshing blend produced from two noble white grape varieties. An abundance of aromas and flavours which includes granadilla, citrus blossom and ripe pear, complemented by a lingering finish. 

      Red Wines

      CABERNET SAUVIGNON
      Thelema Sutherland NV
      The dark fruit flavours and cassis on the nose are a prequel to the refreshing sweet fruit and ripe tannins the palate delivers. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and will reward cellaring. 
      Kleine Zalze Vintage Selection 2017
      Aromas of black cherry and black plum on the bouquet lead to a rich palate of currant, cassis, backed up by hints of cedar and oak with fine tannins and a lingering finish. 
      MERLOT
      Diemersdal 2017
      The nose seduces with beautiful ripe blackberry and dried fruit aromas along with spicy undertones. This wine is well structured with elegance and mouth-filling fruit flavours. Hints of cedar wood, mint and spice flavours follow through on the palate. 
      PINOTAGE
      Diemersdal 2017
      This wine shows a complex nose of red fruits, vanilla, exotic spices and rich dark chocolate aromas. The palate is full flavoured and smoothly textured with oriental spice, chocolate and roasted banana flavours. 
      SHIRAZ
      Diemersdal 2017
      The wine has a complex nose with overtones of black and white pepper, pomegranate, cigar box, cloves and spice. On the palate, there is vibrant red fruit, blackcurrant and dark chocolate flavours, underpinned by well-integrated oak with a long spicy finish. 
      Other Varietals
      Neethlingshof Malbec 2016
      Floral and violet fragrances are interwoven with oak, spice and dark chocolate. Rich and full of plum and berry flavours, supported by soft tannins.
      Red Blends
      Kanonkop Kadette 2017
      The wine has a deep ruby red colour. It shows ripe raspberries, blackcurrant and mocha flavours on the nose and has dark chocolate and blackberry fruit on the palate.
      Penhill Saw Edge Peak Vintage 2014 
      Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Peti Verdot.
      A masterpiece of a red blend brings these five varieties together in a fusion of flavours and aromas on the nose and palate. Soft juicy tannins in combination with hints of blackcurrant, chocolate and cherries.
