      Moët & Chandon Imperial NV
      An intense colour of bold yellow with golden highlights. A rich bouquet, a burst of pineapple, mango and the roundness of Mirabelle plum, apricot and slight hints of vanilla.

      A glowing colour of pink with amber highlights. A lively, intense bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, floral nuances of roses and a slight hint of pepper. 

      White Wines

      Creation 2018
      Pale straw yellow in colour with twinkling flashes of green. A superbly balanced wine beckoning with aromas of tropical fruit, elegant elderflower and interesting, minerally whiffs. These follow through on the full-bodied palate where crisp, well-integrated acidity adds to the allure and leads to a lingering, memorable aftertaste.
      Flagstone Poetry 2018
      Bouquet of zesty citrus aromas combines with dried peach and apricot. On the palate a lime and grapefruit flavour, complemented with balanced acidity and lingering aftertaste. 
      Creation 2017
      Translucent gold, glistening like dew drops in the glass. A magnificent composition of warm butterscotch and almond intertwines with fresh lime and delicate quince on the nose. Complex yet elegant on the exquisitely balanced palate where rich vanilla pod and peach kernel are contrasted by vivacious pear and bracing minerality. 
      Cederberg 2018
      This Chenin Blanc offers beautiful layers of melon, grapefruit and fleshy white pear. A mouth coating creaminess of the palate with lively crisp acidity to finish off.

      Haute Cabriere Chardonnay Pinot Noir 2017
      This enticing blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir shows elegant fruit underlined by firm acidity. You will find an abundance of zesty fruit – most notably white peach, lychee and red fruit – with a delectable full mouthfeel and balance. 
      Springfield Miss Lucy 2018
      This unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Pinot Gris bursts with citrus Pamplemousses flavours and an ample mouthfeel, yet remarkably moderate in alcohol.

      The wine is velvety with softer tannins and classical varietal characteristics. 
      Flagstone Poetry 2018
      Bouquet a mixture of bright red fruit and mint aromas on the nose. On the palate a sweet, spicy undertone, well-balanced wood structure that compliments the palate. 
      Guardian Peak 2018
      Lively ruby red. Clean expressive red fruit aromas are prevalent on the nose. There are lovely undertones of fresh strawberries and subtle mocha coffee notes. The fresh, lingering, red fruit characteristics are well supported with soft vanilla flavours. The wine is well integrated with gentle tannins and soft elegant finish. 
      De Grendel 2017
      Deep purple in colour with a violet meniscus, floral white pepper and enticing nuances of mocha and clove on the nose precede generous aromas of black cherry, blueberry and mulberry with hints of fynbos and liquorice. A delectable entry of sweet pomegranate and red cherry fruit on the palate is enveloped by savoury, silky tannins that develop into a long, elegant floral finish with lingering hints of red plum.
